Seasonal Customer Success Agent:
Role is for Monday – Friday 9am US PST – 5:30pm US PST hours with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
September – December 19th, 2025
Elevent helps companies find, book, and plan the best events to engage their teams and customers in a unique way. We take care of the coordination, details, and headaches so organizers can relax and enjoy their events.
Our ideal candidate is a strong communicator and enjoys working in the abstract, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, loves to innovate and can effectively manage their time and focus. This is primarily a customer service role but will impact many different aspects of the business including sales and operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Providing exceptional service and quick resolutions to our clients through our support channels such as: email, live chat, inbound and outbound phone calls
– Troubleshooting event-related problems that arise
– Event changes and payment issues, ensuring that our clients experience a seamless planning and experience process
– Helping recommend specific events to our clients that fit their wants, needs, and budget
– Answering questions about events using internal tools to help Clients purchase
– Triage and manage inbound requests to prioritize your time
– Escalating and Coordinating with other teams internally as well as our hosts as necessary
– Offering post-purchase event assistance for existing reservations as needed

– You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback and are excited to grow through your own experiences
– Prior experience in Customer Service and/or Operations
– You have previous experience with Hubspot, Zendesk or another customer service ticketing system
– You have experience planning or supporting virtual and/or in-person events and are familiar with various video conferencing software, or are eager to learn about them.
