Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Specialist - Tier 1.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat to answer questions and resolve issues
- Customize interactions to meet individual customer needs and meet service quality goals
- Utilize multiple systems to deliver efficient solutions and educate customers on alternatives
Required Qualifications
- Availability to high-speed internet and a private workspace
- Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
- Experience in a customer service-related position, strongly preferred
- High volume call experience, strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Help Desk Ticketing System, strongly preferred
