Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Specialist - Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Customize interactions to meet individual customer needs and meet service quality goals
  • Utilize multiple systems to deliver efficient solutions and educate customers on alternatives
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to high-speed internet and a private workspace
  • Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
  • Experience in a customer service-related position, strongly preferred
  • High volume call experience, strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Help Desk Ticketing System, strongly preferred
