Job Summary

A company is looking for a Primary Care Nurse (RN or LPN).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage triage calls and messages in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Support patient care coordination and ensure effective communication
• Participate in a hybrid work model after completing on-site training

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• For LPN: Diploma in Practical Nursing and active LPN license
• For RN: Associate of Applied Science in Nursing or BSN, or equivalent experience, and active RN license
• 2-3 years of nursing experience preferred for both LPN and RN roles
