Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Partner Admin to support clients and the internal team in managing transactions and CRM data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input and manage new leads in the CRM system until applications are received
  • Respond to website-generated leads and assist with team communications
  • Ensure loan application completeness and facilitate smooth transitions to the Pre-Approval Specialist


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in customer service, administrative, or real estate-related roles preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
