Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level client service and support for implementation, renewals, and contracts
- Analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for group structure and membership
- Manage client contract activities and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Two to four years of Customer Service or Account Service experience
- Preferred one year of experience as a Client Operations Specialist or related role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work well in ambiguous and changing environments
