Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers while assisting team members as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for team members and handle escalated calls
  • Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and assist with benefits, billing, and authorizations
  • Research complex issues and provide education on pre-authorizations while meeting performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
