A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries regarding the operation and configuration of the Optos Panoramic200
- Troubleshoot network problems, including connectivity and non-reporting issues
- Log interactions into the CRM system and escalate critical issues to field teams
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of Technical Support experience required
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
- Intermediate IT networking knowledge
- High-speed home internet connection required
