Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide frontline technical support to end users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and virtualization platforms
- Provide technical support for end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Regularly apply system patches and updates, and perform hardware and software upgrades
Required Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in an IT support role
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common IT tools
- Familiarity with patch management and endpoint security tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
