Key Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for SaaS integration and support
- Guide retailers through implementing and maintaining software for their ecommerce platform
- Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in software solutions support or related roles
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and support platforms
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API, SDK, SQL, FTP, and/or ETL principles is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Consultative mindset to inform retailers about key decisions and trade-offs
