A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer I to join their Technical Solutions & Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for SaaS integration and support
  • Guide retailers through implementing and maintaining software for their ecommerce platform
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in software solutions support or related roles
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools and support platforms
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API, SDK, SQL, FTP, and/or ETL principles is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Consultative mindset to inform retailers about key decisions and trade-offs
