A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys
- Document information across multiple platforms using two computer monitors
- Work in a high-volume production environment while utilizing Microsoft Office applications
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer support or call center role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4:30pm EST
- Comfortable with high-volume tasks and multitasking
- No employment sponsorship eligibility
