Licensed Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative who must currently have an active Producer/Agent license with a Property & Casualty line of authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while seeking solutions within compliance and legal requirements
• Communicate with customers via multiple channels while navigating various systems and platforms
• Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and document customer interactions thoroughly

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must currently hold a Producer/Agent license with a Property & Casualty line of authority
• Minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience
• Experience in a call center environment or insurance-related field preferred
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
