Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative who must currently have an active Producer/Agent license with a Property & Casualty line of authority.

- Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and document customer interactions thoroughly
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must currently hold a Producer/Agent license with a Property & Casualty line of authority
- Minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience
- Experience in a call center environment or insurance-related field preferred
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
