Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides technical support to customers via telephone, email, and chat
  • Educates customers on product usage and champions customer issues from feedback to solution delivery
  • Records and maintains incidents accurately and assists in testing new products
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of experience in a call center environment providing technical support
  • Experience in a customer support environment, preferably in a high-tech setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or manager
