Key Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to customers via telephone, email, and chat
- Educates customers on product usage and champions customer issues from feedback to solution delivery
- Records and maintains incidents accurately and assists in testing new products
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 1 year of experience in a call center environment providing technical support
- Experience in a customer support environment, preferably in a high-tech setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or manager
