Job Summary
A company is looking for an EHR Helpdesk Analyst (2nd Shift) for a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Epic applications, workflows, access, and integration issues
- Troubleshoot complex application, account, and workflow issues related to Epic and other clinical systems
- Monitor ServiceNow queues and manage incident resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of providing Epic technical support in a healthcare or clinical environment
- 2 years of proficiency with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems
- 2 years of in-depth understanding of EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Allscripts)
