A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician - Bilingual Dutch/English.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides support via phone, e-mail, and chat for corporate clients on various PC hardware and software applications
- Assists users with troubleshooting issues related to Outlook, Microsoft Operating Systems, and Office products
- Handles 50-60 technical issues per day, ensuring efficient resolution and maintaining regular attendance
Required Qualifications
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365 support
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and effective troubleshooting skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
