Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist II to enhance patient engagement through telephonic outreach and support care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic outreach to enroll members in the program and facilitate initial interactions with the care team
- Research and obtain new member contact information using various tools and external sources
- Provide mentoring and support to Engagement Specialist I and assist with special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting required
- Experience in a high call volume environment required
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations required
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential
