Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing CSM teams in B2B SaaS
- 6+ years of experience in a customer success role
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing teams and manage renewals and revenue targets
- High business acumen with experience in aligning with customer executives
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a collaborative mindset
