A company is looking for a Senior Customer Operations Enablement Specialist to support post-sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product launches by facilitating training and collaborating with various teams
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze training needs and develop specialized content
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing SaaS functions such as sales or customer success
  • Strong understanding of post-sales processes and training best practices
  • Experience delivering training through various methods, including online and in-person
  • Proficiency in using Google suite products and Learning Management Systems
  • Project management experience with tools like Monday.com, Jira, or Asana
