Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and operations of Patient Assistance Programs for Specialty and Oncology
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of documentation and training materials for the programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and improve Patient Assistance Programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical experience with leadership in Patient Experience/Services/Support
• 5 years of experience in health insurance processes, including eligibility and benefit verification
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience with patient assistance programs and compliance requirements
