Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject-matter expert for department protocols and workflows

Required Qualifications and Education
- Undergraduate or Associate degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated exceptional relational and communication skills
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite required
- Current Senior Patient Communication Specialist role at the company required to apply
