Key Responsibilities
- Manage real-time performance across Voice, Email, and Messaging/Chat channels
- Monitor incoming volumes and arrange additional coverage as needed

Required Qualifications
- Work experience in an Analyst position
- Previous experience using CX platforms (Zendesk preferred)
- Basic level of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel skills
