Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt responses and ownership of queries from enterprise customers, partners, and colleagues
- Assist with advanced Tines queries and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Conduct case reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate on documentation and feature development
Required Qualifications
- Eight years plus of technical support experience in automation or a related field
- Significant experience with APIs, including complex authentication
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven mentoring and coaching skills
- Technical curiosity about technology and automation
