Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and consultation to customers, sales teams, and service partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt responses and ownership of queries from enterprise customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Assist with advanced Tines queries and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Conduct case reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate on documentation and feature development
Required Qualifications
  • Eight years plus of technical support experience in automation or a related field
  • Significant experience with APIs, including complex authentication
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proven mentoring and coaching skills
  • Technical curiosity about technology and automation
