Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service-based role
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite and ability to navigate multiple chat channels
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified business hours, including flexibility for overtime and weekends
