Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide operational support for the PatientKeeper product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for healthcare software applications, resolving client issues and ensuring optimal system performance
- Troubleshoot application issues, including system errors and network connectivity problems
- Document support cases and maintain support documentation in the company CRM and knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical documentation processes
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data exchange standards is preferred
