Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide operational support for the PatientKeeper product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for healthcare software applications, resolving client issues and ensuring optimal system performance
  • Troubleshoot application issues, including system errors and network connectivity problems
  • Document support cases and maintain support documentation in the company CRM and knowledge base
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience with SQL and database management
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical documentation processes
  • Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data exchange standards is preferred
