Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support B2B clients using their Learning Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, assisting with onboarding and product usage
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance training and compliance
  • Monitor client activity and share best practices to drive adoption of the Learning Management System


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Support, or Training
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems or EdTech platforms preferred
  • Comfort using CRM tools like Salesforce and MS Office Suite
  • Experience supporting professionals in banking, insurance, or regulated industries is a plus
  • Understanding of compliance training and familiarity with eLearning course formats
