Life Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager (Life) to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor new business submissions while managing advisor relationships
• Complete suitability reviews for annuity applications and ensure timely processing of cases
• Provide superior service through communication with advisors and facilitate timely responses across teams

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience
• One year of financial services operations or related industry experience
• PC skills for data entry and navigation within multiple systems
• Proficiency using MS Office
• Knowledge of life and/or annuity products/operations is preferred
