Job Summary

A company is looking for Member Solutions Navigators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialized service as a single point of contact for members, managing and coordinating issue resolution with urgency
  • Provide concierge-level guidance on benefit plans, advocating for members and proactively identifying solutions
  • Take ownership of the member experience, minimizing handoffs and engaging with internal departments for service continuity
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent combination of college and work experience
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions with direct member contact
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Healthcare industry work experience is a plus but not required
  • Advanced soft skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
