Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized service as a single point of contact for members, managing and coordinating issue resolution with urgency
- Provide concierge-level guidance on benefit plans, advocating for members and proactively identifying solutions
- Take ownership of the member experience, minimizing handoffs and engaging with internal departments for service continuity
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent combination of college and work experience
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions with direct member contact
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Healthcare industry work experience is a plus but not required
- Advanced soft skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
