Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service - Work from Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily Call Center operations to meet goals and KPIs
  • Supervise and support customer service staff, including performance management and coaching
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure compliance with company processes and policies
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in customer service managing teams of 10-20 staff
  • 2+ years in a team lead or senior representative role with performance management experience
  • 4+ years of inbound/outbound Call Center experience, ideally in hospitality or travel/reservation industry
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Call Center software is a plus
