Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to manage and resolve client inquiries and support requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming support tickets to resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately
- Document customer inquiries and resolutions in SalesForce and related tools
- Provide information and on-call resolution to client requests via phone support
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- One year of customer service or call center experience
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, WordPress, and/or Slack is a plus
- Familiarity with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, Bootstrap, and PHP
- Experience in a support or service role within the Automotive, SaaS, or MarTech industries is a plus
