Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to manage and resolve client inquiries and support requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming support tickets to resolve customer inquiries promptly and accurately
  • Document customer inquiries and resolutions in SalesForce and related tools
  • Provide information and on-call resolution to client requests via phone support
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • One year of customer service or call center experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, WordPress, and/or Slack is a plus
  • Familiarity with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, Bootstrap, and PHP
  • Experience in a support or service role within the Automotive, SaaS, or MarTech industries is a plus
