Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Agent to assist customers by providing information and resolving issues related to products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming contacts regarding various customer concerns
- Analyze and resolve problems for member accounts while assisting team members as needed
- Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a Property & Casualty License or obtain within 45 days of hire
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field
- No formal education requirement
