Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Polish (English optional) regarding consulting services via email, phone, or live chat
• Input customer data into CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Collaborate with internal teams to organize meetings or project updates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; a degree in business is a plus but not required
• 0-1 year of experience in customer service (entry-level candidates are welcome)
• Fluency in Polish; English is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn (training provided)
• Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and a suitable workspace
