Medicaid Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicaid Enrollment Specialist to support a health insurance client.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enroll members in a timely manner
• Verify enrollment status, make changes to membership records, and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with the Billing Technician to ensure group enrollments are processed before monthly billing

Required Qualifications

• Experience in health insurance, specifically with D-SNP Medicaid
• Ability to identify abnormalities in the enrollment process
• Familiarity with enrollment systems and processes
• Experience with Facets software is a plus
• Must reside in D.C., MD, or VA
