A company is looking for a Retailer Success Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the retailer support phone line and respond to retailer inquiries with timely, professional support
- Troubleshoot and resolve order, account, and platform-related issues for wholesale partners
- Educate and train retailers on HYER Serve to increase adoption and repeat use
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer support or account management, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment
- Familiarity with B2B platforms and financial coordination
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and sales teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting key performance metrics
