Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to provide support for their Medi-Share program members and medical service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presenting accurate and sensitive information to callers with tact
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues for members and providers
  • Meeting monthly service objectives and adhering to company policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer service experience in a relevant industry
  • Preferred experience in a high volume contact center
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical billing
  • No supervisory responsibilities required
