Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Benefit Specialist "Champion" to provide exceptional service to clients remotely across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure positive client experiences through high-quality service and communication
  • Respond to client inquiries and manage client deliverables using company planning tools
  • Function as the primary point of communication for Carrier partners and manage ongoing file updates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in employee benefits and/or benefits administration
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Experience with benefit administration systems or Human Capital Management platforms (HCM)
  • Familiarity with carrier files or EDI is preferred
