Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Benefit Specialist "Champion" to provide exceptional service to clients remotely across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure positive client experiences through high-quality service and communication
- Respond to client inquiries and manage client deliverables using company planning tools
- Function as the primary point of communication for Carrier partners and manage ongoing file updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in employee benefits and/or benefits administration
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with benefit administration systems or Human Capital Management platforms (HCM)
- Familiarity with carrier files or EDI is preferred
