Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for software-related support inquiries, resolving issues through various communication channels
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues and maintain internal ticketing systems for visibility
- Assist with software onboarding and identify patterns in support requests to suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in business systems support or a technical support role, preferably in healthcare software
- Working knowledge of healthcare data systems or billing workflows is a strong plus
- Solid technical troubleshooting skills in a software/SaaS environment
- Basic understanding of database queries (e.g., SQL) and familiarity with support tools like Azure DevOps or Jira is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA and data security best practices in a healthcare technology setting
