Key Responsibilities

• Assists in entering edits to prescription orders and uses pharmacy software for data management
• Acts as a liaison between customers and providers, handling inquiries and prescription requests
• Maintains patient profiles and ensures compliance with quality and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active pharmacy technician license in the state of residence; NJ license required within 6 months of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• CPhT certification preferred
• Possesses a high level of integrity and is quality-oriented
