A company is looking for a Gap Specialist responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing Gap claims and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process assigned volume within Gap claim processes according to established service levels
- Service potential and actual Gap claim calls while adhering to call handling requirements
- Complete end-to-end Gap claim functions accurately and in compliance with regulations and policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a servicing center environment
- Experience in Gap claim processes preferred
- Knowledge of Gap claim regulations and collections policies preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
