Gap Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Gap Specialist responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing Gap claims and accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process assigned volume within Gap claim processes according to established service levels
• Service potential and actual Gap claim calls while adhering to call handling requirements
• Complete end-to-end Gap claim functions accurately and in compliance with regulations and policies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a servicing center environment
• Experience in Gap claim processes preferred
• Knowledge of Gap claim regulations and collections policies preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
