A company is looking for a Member Support (US) to deliver a seamless experience for its members during their fertility treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of members, providing empathetic support throughout their fertility treatment journey
- Handle day-to-day inbound communications, answering questions related to membership, insurance coverage, and liaising with clinics
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to manage complex cases and improve member experience processes
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the US healthcare industry, particularly in insurance benefits analysis or patient coordination, ideally in the fertility space
- Experience in a customer service role through written and phone communications
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively, especially with non-overlapping hours with the team
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in customer support, account management, or financial operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
