Job Summary
A company is looking for a Transfer Support Administrator III.
Key Responsibilities
- Support loan boarding and de-boarding processes within Transfer Services
- Facilitate ordering, mailing, and quality assurance reviews for RESPA or Transfer related letters
- Act as the primary point of contact for QA, QC, audit, and exam requests
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of experience in mortgage servicing
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Access, and Word) required
- Ability to work under pressure and meet organizational deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and management
