Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Customer Solutions Manager to drive client success through effective product utilization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans for customer issue resolution and quality improvement
  • Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive communication and collaboration
  • Analyze client support tickets and advocate for internal resolution of product issues


Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare, preferably on the Payer side
  • Operational knowledge of data processing systems and regulatory compliance
  • 6+ years of technical expertise in claims processing and encounter submissions
  • Fluent in Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution models
  • Understanding of various lines of business in a Payer organization
