Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans for customer issue resolution and quality improvement
- Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts, ensuring proactive communication and collaboration
- Analyze client support tickets and advocate for internal resolution of product issues
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare, preferably on the Payer side
- Operational knowledge of data processing systems and regulatory compliance
- 6+ years of technical expertise in claims processing and encounter submissions
- Fluent in Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution models
- Understanding of various lines of business in a Payer organization
