A company is looking for a Small-Medium Business Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Gainsight platform, including customer health metrics and outreach strategies
- Automate customer outreach and drive product adoption and renewals
- Design and implement advanced workflows and maintain dashboards for customer success metrics
Required Qualifications
- Gainsight Level 3 Certification or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of administration experience with Gainsight or similar tools
- Strong technical knowledge of Gainsight modules and Salesforce data structures
- Experience with integrations between various systems, including Salesforce
- Ability to translate business needs into platform solutions
