Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small-Medium Business Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Gainsight platform, including customer health metrics and outreach strategies
  • Automate customer outreach and drive product adoption and renewals
  • Design and implement advanced workflows and maintain dashboards for customer success metrics


Required Qualifications
  • Gainsight Level 3 Certification or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of administration experience with Gainsight or similar tools
  • Strong technical knowledge of Gainsight modules and Salesforce data structures
  • Experience with integrations between various systems, including Salesforce
  • Ability to translate business needs into platform solutions
