Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Contact Center - CSR (Full-time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist inbound inquiries from health plan members regarding transportation services
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer calls while meeting productivity metrics
  • Follow HIPAA and compliance protocols to protect members' health information
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center or transferable healthcare experience
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to sit and wear a headset for 8 hours a day
  • Must have a secure, quiet workspace without conflicting responsibilities
  • Candidates must provide their own equipment to perform job functions
