Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge and use critical thinking to triage and delegate care effectively
• Contact members regarding out-of-range vital signs and assess their immediate health needs
• Collaborate with clinical services and coordinate member education and resources

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with technology and web-based applications
• Ability to work closely with members and care teams
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of chronic disease management
• Understanding of Medicaid and/or Medicare regulations
