A company is looking for a Technical Service Desk Analyst I to provide first-level technical support remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-contact technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Utilize remote desktop tools to investigate and resolve technical problems
- Document support interactions and coordinate escalations to appropriate teams
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge in a similar role
- Knowledge of desktop and mobile devices, network connectivity, and Microsoft Office O365 applications
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and interact with various customer levels
- Willingness to work variable shifts and respond to a pager as needed
- Preferred knowledge of Information Technology in a fast-paced environment
