Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Service Desk Analyst I to provide first-level technical support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-contact technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
  • Utilize remote desktop tools to investigate and resolve technical problems
  • Document support interactions and coordinate escalations to appropriate teams
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge in a similar role
  • Knowledge of desktop and mobile devices, network connectivity, and Microsoft Office O365 applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and interact with various customer levels
  • Willingness to work variable shifts and respond to a pager as needed
  • Preferred knowledge of Information Technology in a fast-paced environment
