Senior Service Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Officer or Lead Service Officer for the Community Development Lending and Investment Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-closing and closing functions for various credit products, ensuring compliance with credit policies and internal procedures
• Drive the loan closing process, coordinating with clients and external consultants to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, while leading projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction and interim loan financing, including underwriting and risk management
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate programs and government programs for affordable housing
• Significant experience with multi-bank loan participations and syndications
• PC proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
