A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative in Seattle, Washington.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive high volume inbound calls and messages from patients, caregivers, and providers
- Assist in scheduling appointments and connecting patients with appropriate care teams
- Perform data entry and document patient information accurately
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Must reside within 1 hour of Seattle, WA
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM PST
- Experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
