Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) and associated services
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to API integrations, network issues, and multi-product workflows
- Identify product improvements and assist in promoting products and services to customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 2+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience in a Technical Support role
- Experience with programming languages such as XML, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Log analysis experience using tools like Wireshark or browser developer tools
- Fluent in English with Salesforce administration experience
