Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II - eSign.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) and associated services
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to API integrations, network issues, and multi-product workflows
  • Identify product improvements and assist in promoting products and services to customers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 2+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience in a Technical Support role
  • Experience with programming languages such as XML, C#, Python, or JavaScript
  • Log analysis experience using tools like Wireshark or browser developer tools
  • Fluent in English with Salesforce administration experience
