Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, Chat, Social Media, and other platforms
- Maintain and update customer information in a case management system
- Provide first-level technical support for the website and assist with order-related questions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
