Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, Chat, Social Media, and other platforms
  • Maintain and update customer information in a case management system
  • Provide first-level technical support for the website and assist with order-related questions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years related experience preferred
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
