Role and Responsibilities:

As an Order Processing Clerk, you will ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing orders. You will work closely with internal teams to verify, process, and track shipments to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Verify incoming orders for completeness and accuracy
• Enter and update order information in internal systems
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to fulfill orders
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate discrepancies
• Respond to order inquiries and resolve processing issues
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence

Required Skills and Experience:
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience using order processing or inventory management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills for internal coordination

Preferred Qualifications:
