Key Responsibilities
- Resolve tickets submitted to Application Support by internal and external stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis and manage application configuration for optimal function and performance
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with at least one reporting-based product (e.g., MS Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
